Request for sponsorship & Invitation letter for GSoC student

It's very difficult for me to attend Flock without sponsorship. I
should have mailed earlier, but like my previous GSoC org GNOME, I
assumed that registered attendes would be notified to request for
sponsorship & visa letters.
