I went ahead and populated our staging instance with all of the current
proposals for testing:

    https://admin.stg.fedoraproject.org/voting/about/flock-2013

To hack around the voting apps mass-import format, I replaced ! with ‼
(\u203C) in the presentation titles ;)

I added the deadline feature to the app today, and will deploy it at
midnight.
