"Cancel" button missing in Screen shot application

So is this a feature or bug? I cannot understand the logic behind 
removing the "Cancel button" from an application. I agree there is 
option to "Quit" but like any other application user would want and like 
to have a "Cancel" button too, I think..

So file a bug ?
