Application Add/remove

Hi

Shall we create separate list for Gnome modules, such as [Gnome 
Application List]?

In many language teams, many of Gnome translators are not involved 
Fedora project. Gnome has their own cycle and system. Any bug for Gnome 
should be filed via Gnome Bugzilla. AND they currently do not have L10N 
QA Test day yet in their cycle.
So, shall we create separate list for Gnome modules, and invite them to 
join this part?

It would also be nice to include some information how to file a bug at 
Gnome Bugzilla.
