yeah, that's the way it looks to me anyway, whack in a new SfxItem e.g.
SfxFontStretchItem for shuttling the info about the place and clarify the
situation wrt. existing fo:font-whatever-[asian|complex] properties and the file
format's brief mention of svg:font-stretch for how it should be stored.
