Description of problem:
In gedit input U+0C15 U+0C48 కై,we need to press Backspace key three times to
delete the whole char

2.Press Backspace key to delete the whole char

Actual results:
We need press backspce key three times to delete the whole char.

Expected results:
We should press backspace key twice to delete the whole char.
