Droid is now installed on more systems and CJK users complain it replaces their
default non-latin fonts. But the intent of droid's fontconfig rules is not to
set those fonts as default. They should only select droid sans japanese if the
font is droid sans and the language japanese, and only use droid sans fallback
if the font is droid sans and the language something else.

So something is not working as expected
