Thanks for replying. Here is the quick fix to that Kwrite and oowrite box
problem. It is fixed for Pango but it looks like it is difficult to fix it for
Kwrite & oowrite (icu). Also I have restored the problem for Kwrite & oowrite
(icu). Now no more boxes but it is not patched for Kwrite & oowrite (icu). They
don't seem to read Contextual Substitution Tables well or not at all.

I tested it on a Windows Machine and it looks exactly like pango output (tested
it on pango-view & gedit).

Need some more time to check if it could be fixed at all for Kwrite & oowrite
(icu) from font side. Otherwise need to raise a bug for QT and ICU.
