I think so.
I changed the above font as following:
    <mtx name="uni11AA" width="0" lsb="-848"/>
    <mtx name="uni11AB" width="1000" lsb="228"/>
    <mtx name="uni11AC" width="0" lsb="-812"/>
And it seems pango display is ok now.
