confirmed. this issue however has just been hidden with the renaming the config
file to 65-0- thing. this change could be required for Chinese fonts as well,
and others perhaps since both are put in the same priority 65 and Droid Sans
appears prior to wqy-*-fonts because of the alphabetical order. this is still
not good since wqy-zenhei-fonts is the default font for Simplified Chinese.

FWIW having the enough coverage would be nice. but why don't you change the
priority to 66 or the lower priority than 65? the priority thing affects how to
determine the default font for languages. before giving the higher priority we
should have discussion and have agreements for that in the community IMHO. it
could be fixed in other fonts, but want to avoid chasing on the priority
without the right thing. this is why I want to see more restrict priority
policy but anyway.
