Hi,

this looks like a problem in Freetype or the font
(GPBFCA+ScienceTypeCustomPi-No5T - 30th stream of the pdf). Poppler uses
Freetype to draw chars and running ftview on the font shows only two symbols
and "Fails = 18" in terminal (the font contains 20 symbols). Fontforge shows
all symbols.
=> reassigning to Freetype
