Yes, now very much clear.
Changes only need in Liberation Italics and BoldItalics fonts
In Liberation Regular and Bold font change only required for U+0431.
Actually Upright word was not very clear to me.

Yeah shape for U+0431 is not very good, since i am not very good designer but i
will try to do it. If you know any font having U+0431 shape proper as per
Serbian let me know, i can take that reference and try to add it in liberation
fonts.
