Description of problem:

When is shutting down the system, i can see a message error about Pango, that
say:

(process:979): Pango-WARNING **: error opening config file
'/root/.config/pango/pangorc': Permission denied

I think that is a bug on SELinux, maybe?

fedora 18 alpha kde livecd up to date
selinux-policy-3.11.1-21.fc18.noarch
pango-1.31.2-1.fc18.i686


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install F18 Alpha LiveCD KDE on Vbox
2.yum update -y
3.reboot
