Description of problem:
Fix the PostScript name in font files. The PostScript name is in ASCII
encoding. Convert it to Unicode.

sil-padauk-fonts-2.8-2.fc18

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open font in fontforge
2. Font Info-> Font name is not valid
3.

Actual results:
Font PostScript name is not valid.

Expected results:
Font PostScript name should be valid.
