Comparison with other Assamese font

I just gone through Govt. released font and distance between matra and
consonant is even more than Lohit Assamese.

Distance is specifically beneficial for small point size like 12. At that size
it looks good.

Let me know if you have any specific reference (Text book/article or other
widely used font), else we can close this bug.
