PDF output

This is the PDF output I get from the test case. The 6th character is not bold.
In fact it is thinner than the output I get when I set the font weight to
normal. This is run on Debian Testing 64-bit using cairo master. I get the same
output on Debian Testing 32-bit.

The CairoFont-?-? names are because the font was created using the FreeType
outlines instead of subsetting the original font.
