Description of problem:
we recently found some issues in F19 DVD media where gnu-free-fonts when
removed fallback comes to smc-meera-fonts but it failed to render I guess so
lohit-malayalam-fonts package added into kickstart. See bug 977764.

Then we found that Malayalam language Orthography coverage is FULL for
FreeSerif.ttf and Lohit-Malayalam.ttf

but Meera.ttf is not having complete coverage. See

U+0d72 (൲), U+0d73 (൳), U+0d74 (൴), U+0d75 (൵)"

should have Lohit Malayalam as a default as it covers 100% glyphs.
