sfntly has been packaged: #912686, I think it is the same thing as sfnttool.
gpp is in #1021164.
fntsample, pdfoutline, latexmk are available.

So I think it is viable to build from source.

I'm not a sponsor, and I cannot sponsor you into the packager group. You'll
have to find someone to do that. It would certainly be nice to polish this
package so that it satisfies all guidelines, I'll by happy to help by doing
further (informal) reviews of this package. It also *does* help if you do
informal reviews of other packages, before you are sponsored.
