Description of problem:
There is not any specific font selected for Urdu language. Naskh is most often
used script for Urdu language.

Paktype naskh has good coverage.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
paktype-naskh-basic-fonts-4.1-1

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fc-match :lang=ur
2.
3.

Actual results:
paktype-naskh-basic-fonts not getting selected.

Expected results:
paktype-naskh-basic-fonts should come as a default font.
