Please point me to the part in the guidelines that mandate this. I have not
been able to find if it's mandatory however I found indication that it might be
optional:
"fontconf is the optional fontconfig ruleset..." [1]

It's not the full text though. Jacek, please add a file with _full_ license
text (e.g. to opis.txt).
