Description of problem:

62-oflb-prociono.conf provided by oflb-prociono-fonts is broken.

It contains font's licence instead of the fontconfig configuration.

persistent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. plot something with pylab, gnuplot, etc.

Actual results:

plots, the error is spilled to STDERR

Expected results:

plots without any error messages
