I guess you're right, since we stopped "spamming" this list with 
bugzilla mail it is low traffic, so maybe it is ok for non-fedora people 
to subscribe to.  My initial concern was if non-Fedora people would be 
put off from subscribing to a Fedora specific fonts list.
