Need to rebuild fonts packages

For the cases that has font() lines, the packager may needs to file a bug against fontconfig to support the expected language in it. please check the result of fc-query and see what it says on "lang" first.

| I just wrote a small tool to check this deps and attached a
| log. please check it out if your package is there. the log
| file contains the package name doesn't have font(:lang=...)
| and current Provides lines.
