FUDCon weekly meetings: scheduling

The current results include four people -- Mel, Chris, Andrew, and
me.  Is this sufficient to set a time?  If so, it looks like Thursday
at 4pm continues to be OK on a weekly basis and I'd suggest we just
stick with that if possible.
