Early deliveries to CY Tempe

The hotel confirmed that they can easily accept deliveries before the
FUDCon conference.  Deliveries need to be addressed to a guest under
whose name there's a reservation.  Adding the name of the conference
and dates is additionally helpful, but the guest name is required.
