I guess the price is not the biggest problem, but availability:

2010-02-15:
27 beds at 17th September / 62 beds at 18th September.

So we could only manage a mid sized FAD this year. If we really want
to do a FUDCon in Zurich one day, booking has to be done about 12
month before.
