Thanks for pointing that out. I have already talked to Max about it
and edited the wiki section accordingly:

We also managed to find an alternative (not that expensive)
accommodation which has some more rooms available on the planned date:

It is still unclear if we should create a calculation for Comarch
Budget AND the possible costs for visitors not covered by the budget?
