 Following each subsidy meeting I ran, we notified travelers to FUDCon
 Tempe that they were responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
 Hopefully Rex has his reservations made at this point?  If not, please get
 in touch with us on the list or IRC channel (or in this ticket) and
 planners can help, since the original reservation block has closed.

 I believe that this ticket can be closed now, since our spending up-front
 is now done for Rex.  We will handle his lodging, but that can be
 accounted for on the back-end without further ticketing here AFAIK.
