* What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X,
travel $Y)
Flight ($970 with US Airways) and hotel (4 nights, 28th - 1st, hopefully
shared)
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?
(Yes/No)
No
* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as
possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)
I'll pitch a session about deploying/managing Fedora (or CentOS) with
Spacewalk. I'll meet fellow contributors, also trying to get my FUDCon
Zurich experience to future FUDCon organizers if wished (maybe we could
make that a session too, if other experienced folks help). I'm happy to
give a helping hand to the FUDCon organizers during all of FUDCon Tempe
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
I'm not exactly sure on the flight yet. I'll include this information
later/ASAP. I'll see if I can find a cheaper flight.
I might also change the destination (e.g. LAX instead of PHX) and add some
days on my personal budget (holidays) but I'll make the flight cost is the
same or less then ZRH<>PHX on the given dates.
* Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend
FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?
No, only ESTA which I can apply for myself and there should be no
problems.
