FUDCon LATAM 2011 Decision

So Bids for FUDCon LATAM closed September 30 according to 
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/fudcon-planning/2010-September/001175.html

We have 4 bids

And according to
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon_organization_process the decision
should be at the end of this week.  however we have had no discussion on
the proposals i fear we are behind schedule already but i think we
should extend the decision a week and  make sure that the proposals are
reviewed and that we get any feedback on questions that crop up.  this
will not be an easy decision with so many good proposals.
