 * What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X,
 travel $Y)

 travel: ~$200

 OMA morning Jan 28 -> PHX

 PHA afternoon evening Jan 31 -> OMA
 or
 PHX morning Feb 1 -> OMA

 hotel: 4 (or 5) nights, standard conference/negotiated rate with roommate
 not booked yet)

  * If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?
 (Yes/No)

 Yes

  * If Yes can you specify the minimum amount you would need covered to
 facilitate your attendance
 I could probably afford ~$200 of my own pocket without risking too much
 bodily harm from the wife.

  * What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon?

 I'll pitch a couple of talks (Packaging, and *something* KDE)
 Lead a hackfest around Qt/KDE/Meego, while trying to invite an upstream
 superstar or 2 to our humble event.

  * If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
 as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
 let us know if you have specific time restrictions.

 My first try came up with
 $214
 6:00am Jan 28 US Airways 86   OMA -> PHX
 7:45pm Jan 31 US Airways 517  PHX -> OMA

 second try using discounted AA got similar times, with connecting flights
 through DFW, came in at $196

 I'd prefer the first one, no connecting flight, and it leaves later 7:45pm
 instead of AA's 5:30pm
