Session suggestions

Here's how to suggest them more formally -- just add them to the
sessions on the wiki page, without an owner.

If you think we should invite Michael Tiemann, email him directly and
ask if he's interested in speaking!  I think that would be a
tremendously positive way to start the proceedings, if he's available.

I think both the other sessions are fantastic ideas.  I'll be happy to
ask Tim Burke about the third idea on your behalf, if you like.
