Comment:

 At the 8/27/2010 subsidy meeting it was decided that we are committed
 already to bring in several LATAM representatives:

 Therefore we can't approve this request for this FUDCon.  However, we
 would like to make sure you can attend the next FUDCon in the LATAM
 region.  When it comes time to apply for travel funding for that event,
 please refer to this ticket and we can give you priority consideration.
