Hi FUDCon Tempe planners, please help keep things moving briskly by
doing two things:

* Visit and update your open tickets:

  Even if there's nothing new to report, it's OK to note that in the
  ticket -- you can include an ETA for more info if it's on the way.

* Take care of action items from the last meeting:

  I'm trying to practice what I preach -- I have two of three action
  items outstanding, which I'm going to work on right now.

Thanks for helping with the work on this conference -- I know we can
