Comment:

 This is also related to ticket #63 because of the permit requirement.

 I would suggest we lower the amount of wine, possibly raise the amount of
 beer, but especially raise the amount of soft drinks.  We have a
 substantial number of attendees who don't drink alcohol.  If there's
 leftovers I have no problem with either holding them for a Monday night
 after-party, or giving them away.  The cost is a pretty minimal portion of
 what we're spending overall.
