The "roommate" finding thing...

Do we want or need people coming on the Fedora engineering tab to be
rooming with other Fedora engineers for the purposes of easing the
hotel / subsidy process? Or does it not matter, because it eventually
comes out of one larger pocket (Red Hat's)?

If the former, do we want to encourage the engineering folks to pair
up as soon as humanly possible, so as to start cutting down on the
"available roommates" list?
