FUDCon NA 2012 Bid Submission: Olin

I made a bunch of edits in the past few weeks to flesh in this page - 
any word when the location will be selected? Sebastian and I will be at 
a regional CS education conference April 15-16 (next weekend) and I'd 
love to be able to give folks there a heads-up if FUDCon is going to be 
local - we're working on getting more faculty and students involved in 
open source (and Fedora) so this would be an nucleation point for that 
group in the future, too.
