Is CMB-MAA-PNQ turning out to be more expensive than CMB-BOM-PNQ (last 
leg by car/bus) ? Arranging for transport from BOM to PNQ might end up 
being a logistical challenge unless there is sufficient number of folks 
landing at BOM.
