Shirt data from Tempe

As a point of reference, here is the number of shirts we ordered for 
Tempe, replete with sizing information.

Note that I culled this information from the wiki signup sheet - future 
fudcons may require adjustments.

Also, these are american apparel shirts, which run small, therefore I 
ordered larger than what people requested - anyone ordering different 
brands will want to change mediums to smalls, etc.
