Okay. Here's the info - I'll update the wiki page as well:

The Four Points will give us a few more rooms at the discounted rate.  
To get the rate, we need to do the following:

(1) Either call Jackie or email her directly for a room reservation.

OR

(2) Go ahead and make a room reservation, and I will forward the name 
onto Jackie, along with the reservation number, and she will adjust the 
rate accordingly.
