Comment:

 Including mspevack and spot on the ticket because I believe they will both
 be arriving a little early and can help with the carrying and procurement
 of things.  I've adjusted the ticket title to reflect what we need to do,
 which is to do the purchasing according to the exact amounts filled out on
 the permit Robyn is filing with the ASU authorities.

 Note that this ticket is entirely dependent on approval of the permit.  No
 approval means no alcohol, and then this ticket can be closed "wontfix,"
 instead of "resolved" when things are bought.
