Phone support for board meeting @ FUDCon

I saw in the board meeting notes that they are planning on having a 
on-site live and open and also on the telephone board meeting.

Do we know if (a) the rooms we are in will have the appropriate type of 
speakerphone for that type of situation, or (b) is it possible for us to 
obtain / borrow from somewhere a conference-room style speakerphone 
device that doesn't, well, suck, in the event that the classrooms do not 
have that?
