Comment:

 These have been bought. And by "these" I mean only the earplugs, as these
 weren't able to arrive in time - but I did buy some fabulous other
 earplugs.

 Total cost: $23.75 for 200 individually wrapped pairs. That aren't blue,
 but, silence is golden. :)

 Added cost to budget page.
