I am missing something here.
How far are the hotels from the venue? Walking distance? Does these
hotels offer shuttle to/from airport/bus station?

My point was you would need rented cars/taxies etc. Instead of calling
a cab as and when you require them,
 which will probably be more costly, if you book #n cars for three
days, they might offer you a discount.
