FUDCon Milan, Hotel contract

Hi guys,

this is the contract the hotel sent to us.

Rooms are booked, but to make it "official" we have to sign the contract and
pay an anticipation of the bill.

Open questions are:
 - who is the destination of the bill? (RedHat Italy? RedHat US?)
 - who can sign the contract?
