FUDCon Panama travel sponsorship deadline

Would someone be kind enough to remind me of what the deadline is for 
making final determinations about FUDCon Panama travel sponsorships?

I want to make sure that we have sufficient Red Hatters lined up to help 
get travel purchased, get expense reports filed and placed on the proper 
internal-to-RH cost center, and to help make sure that we're keeping the 
Panama budget updated and on track.
