 We have agreed on set the posters on site the day before the event, we can
 be at there at 3 while they fix the area for the next day. Also some
 sponsors want to set their posters so, I have the task to arrange that
 with them.

 By the way we have one FUDCon Panama poster 48x72 in, the Fedora Panama
 33x60 poster, those two with their frames ( not sure how you call that in
 English) and one Fedora Friends poste 48x60 poster, all of them ready and
 already paid.
