 Tell us the following:

 * What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X,

 I'd like to have the airfare and hotel charges covered.
 I've attached a snapshot of the current air ticket charges for
 Colombo(CMB) on 17th --> Kuala Lumpur(KUL) on 17th --> Colombo(CMB) on
 21th from the [https://www.airasia.com] web site. Both up and down ticket
 prices are in the promo category. According to that selection, it cost
 about $139.15 for the round trip.

 I would like to share my room with another attendee. I'll update the
 person as soon as possible.
 As stated in the wiki page, It'll be around $61.14 for a 2 person room
 from Hotel Sri Petaling.



 * If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?

 No. I'm still an University student. So I'm not getting big amount of
 income.

 * What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as
 possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)

 As an Ambassador for Sri Lanka in fedora project, I'd like to meet the
 Fedora ambassadors and all other contributors specially from APAC region
 to discuss about improving the contributor joining processes, Training the
 newbie contributors, Managing the creation and spreading process of media,
 swags and few other plans about upcoming events.


 * If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
 as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
 let us know if you have specific time restrictions.

 From Colombo(CMB) to Kuala Lumpur(KUL) Flight # AK 1268 on 17th May

 From Kuala Lumpur(KUL) to Colombo(CMB) Flight # AK 1267 on 21th May 2012

 The reason that I took 17th and 21st is that the flight time of 18th and
 20th are not fitting in to the event time. Please mention if there is any
 other good alternative.

 * Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend
 FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?

 According to this document [http://www.slhc.com.my/consular.html#iov],
 I think there is no need of visa for a visit less than 30 days.
