 - What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X,
 travel $Y)

 Flight: $443 (Brisbane -> Hong Kong) + $51 (Hong Kong -> Kuala Lumpur) +
 $284 (Kuala Lumpur) = $778
 Hotel: $67 x 3 nights = $201 (I am sharing the room, so it may be half.)

 (Plus transportation in KL.)

 - If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
 as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
 let us know if you have specific time restrictions.

 AirAsia is the cheapest option I think:
 1. 13 May 2012 (Sun): 2135 - 0405 (OOL -> KUL), 0710 - 1105 (KUL -> HKG)
   (1.5: meeting open source community in Hong Kong)
 2. 17 May 2012 (Thu): 2105 - 0050 (HKG -> KUL)
   (2.5: FUDCon APAC in KL)
 3. 20 May 2012 (Sun): 1020 - 2020 (KUL -> OOL)

 My time restriction is ASAP - that special prices are first come first
 served so if I can be approved sooner, I can secure the lowest fees. I
 have to go at such early time on Sunday as AirAsia seems has only 1 flight
 from Kuala Lumpur to Brisbane per week.
