 From 2012-03-29's "Funding Approval Meeting", your funding has been
 approved. Would you prefer harish buying the flight ticket or prefer
 getting a reimbursement for it (as flight ticket pricing fluctuates and
 buying it yourself can get it at a lower price)?

 If you prefer the former, to process your flight ticket, we need a few

 * Surname (as in Passport)

 * Nationality
 * Date of Birth (DD/MM/YY)
 * Issuing Country
 * Passport expiration date (DD/MM/YY)
